This photo essay tells the story of the difficulty of life in Vietnam for children. This essay follows the life of two teenagers, T and Q. It is very depressing because these kids work every day shining shoes, and the money they earn they have to give to their families. On the job they must watch out for gangs and sometimes police who will put them in detention. This essay helps me realize how lucky I am to be at a good university, and on my way to a good future. These kids have very little time to think about their future, and they will probably spend their entire lives doing labor work. Doesn't this essay make you feel fortunate for what you have in your life? What are your feelings about the living conditions for these children?
